CryoLine Canisters, Purge Canister Kit & Purge Collector System

CryoLine Canisters

This complete line of Molecular Sieve Technology Containment Canisters conserve refrigerant and regulate emissions to the atmosphere using the latest state of the art adsorption technology.  The sieve extracts only refrigerant molecules from a dilute air stream, which ensures a near zero emissions environment while allowing non-condensables to pass through.  The non-pressurized bottles are reusable and DOT approved.  When used as a purge collection canister, the 5lb canister and Redi-Purge Model PRG-11/123C2 obtains .00040 lbs of CFC per pound of air emission.  This technology is also an effective way to remove refrigerant from refrigeration and air conditioning systems (industrial, commercial, residential and automotive).  The smaller 1/2 lb bottles are convenient for appliances.  With over 2000 installations in North America, many contractors and owners are benefiting from these products.

CryoLine Purge Canister Kit

The Purge Canister Kit contains a molecular sieve (as described above) that will extract CFC's, HCFC's or HFC's from the dilute air stream of a purge unit.  The system will contain and recover discharged refrigerant while allowing non-condensables to pass through.  The Purge Canister Kit includes 2 Five Pound Canisters and a monitor that will indicate when the canister is saturated.  When used as a purge collection canister, the 5lb canister and Redi-Purge Model PRG-11/123C2 obtains .00040 lbs of CFC per pound of air emission.  Canisters can be exchanged on a refrigerant credit program.

Canister Kit & Purge Collector System

This unit collects and monitors refrigerant emitted from high efficiency purges and alarms when the first collector is full.  In normal leak rate conditions, the collector is generally installed to be recycled once per season.  If a leak develops in the chiller, the purge will purge longer and the Collector System will notify the customer of the problem and can be programmed to shut down the purge unit.  This limits the amount of refrigerant released to 5-10 lbs of recyclable refrigerant.  This system minimizes loss of valuable refrigerant to the atmosphere by reducing the purge emission level, and the canisters can be exchanged on a refrigerant credit program., minim
